Bilingual Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will provide retail & wholesale customers (Independent retailers, co-ops, natural food stores, supermarket chains, wholesalers, national accounts, etc.) with produce information related to markets, trends, pricing, etc. to drive sales and enable customers to make informed buying decisions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday-6:30/6:45am- 4-4:30pm, Every other Sunday- 8am-1pm or when completed

Every other Tuesday- OFF, Opposite Tuesdays of the off schedule are 9am-4pm

Location: Ephrata, PA

What you'll get to do as a Sales Representative:

• Consult with customers to understand business goals and needs to make relevant sales recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing / sales strategy based on market trends and customer needs, with a responsibility to maintaining profitable accounts.
• Proactively maintain sales and profit goals by effectively evaluating and responding to the changing needs of customers, while using profitability metrics provided by the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales team and all Four Seasons Produce, Inc. departments to provide excellent customer service.
• Represent Four Seasons Produce, Inc. and Four Seasons Family of Companies in a positive, professional manner.
• Collaborate with Merchandising team and Pricing Coordinator to create and achieve budgeted sales and profit goals
• Effectively follow through with new accounts and potential opportunities identified through marketing efforts.
• As part of the management team set a consistent example in leadership style, communication and integrity.

What you bring:

• Ideally, 5 years' experience in produce industry with relevant experience in wholesale, retail, foodservice, or organic
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills required
• Ideally 1 -2 years' experience in sales or marketing
• Financial analysis skills with the ability to assist in developing and operating a sales and gross profit budget
• Broad based computer skills
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively plan and make sound decisions
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Passionate sales personality
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency, with Bachelors degree strongly preferred
