What you get to do
- Provide safe, timely, and effective maintenance on facilities, grounds, and equipment by following Facilities Maintenance procedures and methods
- Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance Team to ensure proper condition of facilities, grounds and equipment
- Achieve and maintain quality service and workmanship
- Develop and maintain skill level by staying current with changes in technology, equipment, and maintenance procedures
What you need
- Electrical back round up to 480 volts 3 phase would be preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid equipment certifications
- Basic mechanical aptitudes and skills
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks
- Trouble-shoot, problem-solve, and make "judgment calls" effectively
- Make decisions with an awareness of the impact on customers and other departments
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Effective interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
