What you get to do
- Lead new projects, assess the needs of the project, recommend how to approach the project; including who to elicit information from, what techniques to utilize, and how long it should take
- Provide business support and problem resolution for system and data issues
- Lead system changes and implementation projects
- Document and maintain business process flows and create business requirements documents
- Participate in process design/redesign. Attend relevant design reviews meetings and participate in the approval process
- Consult with business users during definition, design, and implementation initiatives including training of end users.
- Develop and execute process / software test scripts and accurately document results
- Prepare end user acceptance scripts
- Work with development team in process design and development solutions
- Present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction
- Ability to mentor others (cross train)
What you need
- 7+ years of business analyst experience
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Exceptional communication, project management, problem solving, analytical and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, JD Edwards
- Serve on an on-call rotation for off-hour business interruption support
- Ability to work weekends occasionally to assist in system restart validation
