Lead Sanitation Associate

at Four Seasons Produce, we must maintain a clean facility for our associates and guests. Additionally, we promise our customers high-quality produce. Our sanitation department plays a key role in ensuring our equipment and machinery are sanitized regularly following food safety protocols to deliver high-quality products that are safe and healthy to enjoy.

Shift - 1st Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am -3:30 pm.

  • Train and coaches new associates within the Sanitation Department
  • Familiar with creating, understanding, and forwarding essential paperwork
  • Demonstrates safe practices and actively seeks to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Demonstrates knowledge of essential departmental procedures and methods
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the Facilities Manager/department for information sharing, providing a forum to address concerns, and allowing brainstorming and idea sharing.
  • Capable of utilizing a computer for basic departmental tasks
  • Understands key departmental goals and guides other associates in achieving them
  • Problem-solves and makes "judgment calls" when needed Makes decisions with an awareness of the impact on customers and other departments
  • Effectively leads others in a manner consistent with Four Seasons' values
  • Takes initiative to handle problems and anticipate challenges
  • Demonstrates the ability to take on several tasks at one time
  • Demonstrates the ability to delegate tasks promptly to other Sanitation Associates
  • Advises on appropriate staffing and scheduling


Work Environment /Physical Demands
  • Work a variety of hours (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
  • Work in an environment that contains:
  • Variable temperatures and humidity
  • Outside inclement weather
  • Exposure to dust, dirt, and noise
  • Capable of working at different heights
  • Lift, lower, push, and pull, up to 60 lbs. from floor level to overhead position
  • Bend, sit, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, stand, walk, turn/pivot intermittently up to 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. (Extended hours may be required if necessary)
  • Perform office tasks using simple hand grasping, fine hand manipulation, and reach associated with assigned tasks such as paperwork, typing, and/or word processing (with VDT), filing, calculating, and use of telephone.
