Marketing Intern

Put your studies to work by acquiring hands-on, practical learning skills in a business setting. This marketing internship will allow you to support the Human Resources department with its marketing needs related to attracting quality candidates, building our social media presence, and creating engaging communications for our associates.

Spring and Summer internship opportunities available.

Location: 400 Wabash Rd., Ephrata PA

Schedule: 10+ hours/week during standard business hours

What you get to do:
  • Evaluate current marketing strategies and provide insight based on your learnings
  • Create branded content including digital ads, brochures, banners, etc.
  • Assist with social media marketing (schedule postings, monitor effectiveness, etc.)
  • Attend career fairs and share your internship experience with others
  • Assist with updating current documents and align to brand guidelines
  • Assist with associate communications
  • Collaborate with marketing experts and gain their insight on your work

What you Bring:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and social media marketing platforms
  • Coursework in marketing, graphic design, marketing strategy, social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
  • Availability to complete 10 hours towards the internship weekly (with some flexibility around tests, finals, and holidays
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university full-time or part-time and working towards a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field
