Location: 400 Wabash Rd., Ephrata PA (Onsite or Hybrid opportunities available)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (on-call every third weekend and get a half-day off the following week!)

What you get to do as a Sales & Sourcing Specialist
- Collaborate with Buying, Sales, Packing, Transportation, Operations, and Quality Control staff to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Work directly with current vendors as well as building new vendor relationships in order to source opportunities for our wholesale chain accounts
- Place daily calls to our vendors to discuss availability, market trends, and pricing for all commodities - Both conventional and organic
- Negotiate FOB and delivered pricing with our vendors in order to hit price targets for our customers
- Offer opportunities daily on all commodities for weekly, monthly, and seasonal deals
- Enter PO's and SO's, and complete OPP BUY submission forms, Action Item Forms, and Price Change forms
- Manage inbound and outbound freight depending on which DC's purchase product
- Procure and manage inventory for all SKU's we're responsible for as part of the daily delivery program and distribution items
What you Bring
- Prior experience in the produce industry related to sales, buying, or retail management
- Proficiency in MS Office and JDE
- Top notch customer service and active listening skills
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate and build authentic, loyal partnerships
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
