Operations Coordinator - Welcome Center

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating warehouse efforts and helping us distribute the freshest produce to organic markets, food co-ops and independent retailers. Your job will be to ensure that our shifts go smoothly! You have a track record with effective and timely communication with warehouse managers and leads. Your attention to detail is essential to uphold the high standard of accuracy and efficiency. Become a part of this vibrant and dynamic operations team where teamwork makes the dream work!

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)

What you get to do as an Operations Coordinator

• Accurately and efficiently coordinate work assignments for both inbound and outbound operations
• Provide customer service support to outside carriers/inbound drivers
• Provide timely communication to Operations, Transportation, Quality, Sales and Buying for Receiving and Shipping updates and inquires
• Assist Operations Planners and Warehouse Leads as needed

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills, Microsoft Office, well known WMS (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.),
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and pleasant attitude
• Detail oriented with the ability to plan, prioritize and make sound decisions
